Angry Alligator Switch NSP Free Download Romslab They?re complete and utter garbage. Not only is it a massive pain to move your alligator in a straight line, you also have to contend with a camera that?s incapable of finding a good angle. To that latter point, no matter how much you keep moving the camera, you?ll very quickly find it stuck behind a tree, or under a hill, or even inside the alligator itself, and you?ll never have a good view of what?s happening in the world around you. And if you could, you?d see all kinds of weirdness. None of the animals you?re hunting move in anything resembling a normal fashion. ROMSLAB.COM Best Switch Games

You have beavers (I think?) that move by bouncing up and down. There are ducks that run around in circles rather than flying away (which isn?t the worst evasive strategy, seeing as how hard it is to move your gator in a circle). Once I chased a frog that split apart into five different frogs doesn?t help that Angry Alligator?s actual gameplay is incredibly tedious. The game does give you missions/fetch quests to keep things moving along, except you quickly discover that the whole point of the game is to keep eating. Your health bar is constantly winding down, so if you don?t eat constantly.
Join a small alligator on a big adventure to free his home from those horrible hoomans! Nobody messes with your swamp!
You quickly die and get pushed back to one of the game?s infrequent checkpoints. On the one hand, this is a pain, since it means that you have to contend with those awful controls. On the other hand, however, even eating everything in sight quickly gets dull, once you realize that your alligator can eat pretty much everything right off the bat. Sure, it gives some animals different power levels, and tells you your gator may not be strong enough to go running into a tougher area — but attack a more powerful creature, and even if they take a few bites from your health bar, those will be quickly refilled when you inevitably win. I mean, it should tell you something when I?m someone who likes playing games on fairly forgiving settings, and even I found it boring player picking a baby gator to play through the game’s somewhat hands-off story. While some of the options give you more intense and fantastical looking versions like an alligator whose scales look like hardened magma, they do ultimately play the same and lack any special abilities to truly set them apart. Despite the lack of a true lava gator though, when you begin to play you learn of a story where human activities near where the baby gator lives have lead to unusual alterations to wildlife.
Massive open world filled with creatures to meet and eat, hoomans to scare away, boss beasts to fight and plenty of secrets to discover!
The two boss creatures in the game are clearly equipped with hardware that makes them more fearsome despite its clearly harmful nature. Your little alligator has a while to go before they can start to push back against the unusual experiments though, locked in a gator farm but assisted by a gator elder named Wisecroc who helps them escape. From there the baby gator is free to explore, eat, and grow, checking in with Wisecroc from time to time to do simple missions and learning a little more about their own history by rediscovering diary entries the baby gator somehow wrote before its capture. To be fair though, you do constantly get little thought bubbles from the alligator showing what it is thinking about, the amount perhaps too abundant and repetitive even though it can at least provide useful information like how the gator reacts to a bad meal or if it is starting to get dangerously hungry sets you loose to find what interests you though you’ll start to notice some flaws in its basic design. One is definitely the game’s poor handling of the camera, it often swinging into unusual angles especially when you’re doing things as simple as scaling an incline. Rather than seeing what’s on the other side of a hill you’ll probably.
Biggest gator in the swamp and eat everything that’s in your way: from frogs, birds and even bears, to the source of all evil – hoomans!
While you can control the view yourself it’s not always as cooperative as you might like. Similarly, when the game begins your baby alligator is very slow, their dash giving you a brief burst of speed that drains stamina quickly. While probably somewhat accurate to the real life creature, this is also a game where you can eventually have it wear a pirate hat or a judge’s wig so speeding up the little guy to make traversing the wide open world would have been appreciated. Over time as you eat more creatures and level up, your gator will grow in size and has much more stamina that drains less quickly.

There are also at least some sewer drains you can find that serve as instant teleportation points too so you don’t need to traverse the entire map to reach an area of interest other issues appear at every moment. For example, the alligator can walk down the steepest hills and grip to it like Spider-Man but yet cannot climb the shallow beach. There is more clipping of 3D objects in this game than hair at a salon. There is also no true indicator on where to go or what exactly to do. Dropped frames happen every few seconds. The absence of a soundtrack makes the game feel empty. There is no point to the day/night cycle. There is an emphasis on stealth, hiding within tall grass, but the game never uses this.
