Garden Simulator Switch NSP Free Download Romslab Garden Simulator does what it says on the tin. Fed up with the rat race, and with a very pointed reference to the COVID-19 pandemic, the main character has had to work from home for the last few months and is struggling with worsening mental health. They move to their family’s old homestead to revive it and improve their own quality of life, and you’re thrown straight into some gardening. The garden is small at first, but you can buy extensions which wrap all the way around the house. While some items in the in-game catalogue are available straight away for you to learn the mechanics, others must be unlocked. ROMSLAB.COM Best Switch Games

The criteria for unlocking each item, both decorative and functional, is in the catalogue, which takes the guesswork out of things, but it’s usually to grow X amount of a certain crop or something similar. Tasks are sent to the mailbox at the house, which provides some focus for gameplay, but these can be quite mundane and aren’t particularly challenging to achieve. They reward you with experience points and garden coins. Levelling up gives a skill point, which can be spent to improve certain aspects of gardening life; improving watering efficiency, increased funds from harvesting, etc.
PLANT a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and decorate your garden with a colorful array of flowers.
It’s really fun to plan out and design your garden; veggies go in this spot, flowers would look nice over there. You can plant in the ground, raised beds, and pots. Everything feels quite realistic, but the controls seem to have a really hard time letting you put things down with any precision, which can really ruin a whole vision. Garden Simulator is low risk, low reward, but highly addictive. We spent hours before we even realised it, and found the experience to be thoroughly relaxing; exactly what the small plot of the game sets out to achieve. While it’s nice to potter around your small garden and admire your crops, it does feel somewhat tedious after a while. Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All!

Tasks tend to be repeated in some form or another, and there’s no variation in season or weather. Every day is the same. It feels like a trick has been missed with this, and that so much more could have been done by adding this in, along with some garden pests. You start the day in the back garden with your cat. This flipping cat will get in the way of everything you do. We lost count of how many times we watered the thing, or accidentally mowed it. Off it would squeal, offering up an achievement and some enjoyment the first time it happened, before becoming a bloody nuisance after that.
HAVE FUN and experiment with realistic physics!
The two of you survey your land, and it’s mostly overgrown grass, cardboard boxes, a single shed and a dumpster bin (honestly – who has a dumpster in their garden?). But then tasks start popping into your mailbox, and the first moments of recovery take place. You begin to mow the lawn, clear areas with a shovel, and then plant a miscellany of plants, flowers and crops. An admission: when I see ‘Simulator’ in the title of a game, I often get an involuntary shiver and imagine labyrinthine menus, controls that were made for PC, and a dry, stodgy experience. But it’s clear from the start that Garden Simulator has pulled the slider away from ‘realistic’ and towards ‘relaxation’. Asteroids: Recharged Switch NSP

This is not a game that will appeal to nerdy purists: this is accessible and friction free, and nothing at all like other simulators. Take the process of planting a strawberry. You wander over to your laptop in the corner of the garden, purchase some strawberry seeds, and then wait for them to arrive. Clearly someone has invested in Amazon Prime, as the seeds arrive roughly thirty seconds later with an always-hilarious grunt from an invisible man. This is our favourite moment in the game, when the physics engine tries to work out how twelve crates can co-exist in the same physical space.
The more fruits and flowers you sell, the more money you have available to invest in better tools, new plant varieties and more.
Your interaction with the outside world is via a laptop that remains outside. From here, you can receive emails with your objectives (grow some flowers for a local, et al.) as well as the online store for purchasing new tools, plants, flowers, lawn expansions, plus plenty of decorative items that include gnomes and wooden platforms. Once you’ve placed your order, the delivery person launches a wooden crate straight over your roof and into the garden. However, a later upgrade creates a designated spot for future deliveries. To keep things tidy. It’s pretty damn overkill, but that and the way the trash lands in the bin are amusing.

The trash in the game is the same as any other simulator. When you start the game, you have to clean the place of a few bags, crates and planks of wood, which remains the same throughout as you’ll often have to throw away the remnants of the delivery crates or get rid of your lawn cuttings. On the upside, you get paid for all this and gain XP in the process. Even better, you can have tasks automated, but doing it yourself is more accurate, and a glitch in the game had my robot mower create around 50 bags of trash in a couple of seconds. While getting rid of it all was irritating, I earned well over 3000 garden coins – the currency used for purchases. Astria Ascending Switch NSP
