Iron Meat Switch NSP Free Download Romslab Iron Meat is a fast-paced, run-and-gun shooter that immerses players in a world overrun by The Meat–an all-consuming interdimensional biomass. With a mix of classic arcade and console mechanics, players will battle against mutated victims and machines, dodge bullet barrages, and crush bosses in nine levels of gore-ific brutality. As Vadim, fight back against The Meat and stop the terrors spawned from scientist Yuri Markov’s experiments on the Moon. Back in the days of the Nintendo Entertainment System, there was a very popular Konami game. The game I mean is Contra, or as we call it, Probotector. ROMSLAB.COM Best Switch Games

This game was extremely popular not only on the Nintendo versions, but also in the arcades. Although a new Contra game came out recently, a small indie studio has also developed a game that is very reminiscent of Contra. The game was developed by Ivan Valeryevich and Retroware, with Retroware also acting as a publisher. Yes, the game has a story, but of course the game’s strength really lies more in the gameplay. But let me still briefly tell you about the story, even though it only makes up a small part of the game. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world in the distant future, after the outbreak of a mutation.
MULTI-PHASE BOSS FIGHTS
The Flesh, an iron-eating mass developed in a lunar laboratory, has gone completely out of control. It has passed through a portal to Earth, devouring everything in its path and spawning mutated monsters, both organic and mechanical beings, which it has consumed. The concept reminds me a bit of Doom, just not on Mars and without demons. You play as Vadim, a member of the Special Forces and one of the last survivors of this flesh outbreak. It’s up to you to stop the spread by investigating the bio-lab on the moon where the mutation originated. Caravan SandWitch Switch NSP

This is easier said than done, however, because as you fight your way through hordes of mutated monsters, the flesh tries to stop you. That’s basically the story – perhaps very simple, but not bad for a game that focuses on gameplay. The strength of this game is completely in the gameplay in my opinion, and in this respect the game gets everything right. Even the controls are noticeable how fluid they are. If you die, it’s because you didn’t play well enough, not because the controls failed. The gameplay where you die after being hit and the weapons, everything just reminds me a lot of Contra. When I played the game, I immediately got that classic NES Contra feeling, and it was just great.
OVER 30 UNLOCKABLE SKINS
At 20,000 points you get an extra life and thankfully they changed a few things too. One cool improvement is that you can now carry two weapons and switch between them. If you die you only lose the weapon you were holding, the other one stays with you. You can also carry a weapon twice or upgrade it. For example, if you have weapon B and you find another weapon B, it will be strengthened and get some sort of upgrade that usually makes it stronger and faster. There are also certain power-ups that often appear at just the right moment. You can beat the game in an hour, which might seem a bit short in 2024, but gameplay-wise this game is extremely strong and therefore has a lot of replay value for me. Cardfight Vanguard EX Switch

Sticking close to genre traditions, Iron Meat is fairly light on the story. But the story it does have is presented to the player through a handful of delicious pixelated cutscenes. The gist of the story is that a gross-looking alien mass with an appetite for iron escapes from a research facility on the moon. Even the shapeless meatball knows we all need friends and opens up a portal inviting all sorts of nasties to wreak havoc. The blob and its friends take over the planet in no time, warping and twisting all iron-made structures in sight. This is where our hero comes in. As Vadim, a regular soldier fated to stop the invasion, it’s up to you to push back the relentless wave of aliens (or demons?) the only way you know — several bullets (of all shapes and sizes) at a time.
MULTIPLAYER COUCH CO-OP
As for the gameplay itself, it’s pure run ‘n gun, and it takes a decidedly old-school approach. There are nine levels to play through, and you’ll gradually unlock them all to play in the order of your choice. Just keep in mind that if you stop and return to the home screen, you’ll lose all the current progress of your run. Which is mostly experience that provides new skins for your character, as well as various achievements. Thankfully, it doesn’t take long to beat the game. My first time took a bit more than an hour, and most stages can be beaten in less than 10 minutes. That’s not to say the game is overly easy, far from it. One hit instantly kills you.

You don’t have to be a soldier to fight against The Meat. Hell, you don’t even have to be a HUMAN to do so! With over 30 unlockable skins to choose from, players can customize their character the way they want. Each skin comes with interchangeable parts, allowing for greater customization with mixing and matching. Want a shark head on a robot body with dinosaur feet? DONE. Maybe a half human, half doggo? YOU BET! Or how about a cowboy with a tail and demon wings? Hmm…YEP! I played on Normal, where I had nearly 20 lives to spare, and generally, I spent almost all of them making it through stages and beating the boss. Circus Electrique Switch NSP
