The Bunny Graveyard Switch NSP Free Download Romslab The majority of gameplay consists of movement that feels out of a classic pixelized adventure games like The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past, but without any of the RPG elements. First thing you do in the game is clearly inspired by the 8-bit Atari era of gaming, just as a tiny mini game. But, early minigames, thereafter, in the garden consist of rock-paper-scissors with the Handy Pals, hide-and-seek, or throwing basketballs into a hoop. Then, you get to the Punch-Out!! Portion of the game. Even though you just have to win against your opponents, I realized you could repeat them. This led to me getting all three of the achievements for beating them without being downed. That portion of the game is just so nostalgic and fun to play. ROMSLAB

I won’t give away how you get there, but another minigame is a riff on the classic game Feeding Frenzy, which itself was loosely inspired by games like Ecco the Dolphin. There is also a large swath of gameplay that feels ripped right out of the original Metal Gear for the NES with some necessary stealth mechanics. And there’s just so much more not even mentioned. Due to reasons that initially seem quirky but soon become quite dark, you play as a cursor (yes, like yer computer mouse icon) represented by a plain white glove. Your goal is to find and help out the bunny Skye, who sends you on quite innocent adventures to plant flowers or play basketball. It’s the typical small-town (J)RPG introduction before shit hits the fan.
But there seems to be some kind of strange entity inside the computer that doesn’t want you to leave… can you complete your task and survive?
I’m going to freely speculate that Skye discovers she’s in a video game and is driven mad by the discovery. But it’s also possible that there’s another entity stopping us, our fellow gloved friendos, and Skye from leaving the confines of the lovely pixelated app. Regardless, it seems the fun mini-games stay on even after the game has shifted tone, but they’re instead replaced with more violent ones, such as underground cage fights with weird boxy things. I’m not sure how you can ratchet up the frights during WarioWare microgames, but I’m so intrigued to see developers Pichon Games try. The art style is a masterclass in atmospheric minimalism. The player’s cottage and the surrounding graveyard are rendered in soft, muted pastels, often washed in the gentle light of dawn or the deep blues of twilight. The bunnies themselves are simple, almost spectral outlines, their forms defined more by suggestion than detail. This aesthetic choice is crucial. It avoids maudlin sentimentality, instead fostering a mood of tranquil melancholy. The world feels quiet, insulated, and deeply personal. The soundtrack complements this perfectly, a delicate composition of piano melodies and ambient sounds that feels less like a score and more like the emotional weather of the space. A light rain might patter, a soft wind chime might tinkle, and these sounds become part of the ritual.
Explore new areas and make friends! Some may become besties, or your worst NIGHTMARE.
The technical execution is flawless, with a clean interface that never intrudes, allowing the player to sink fully into the game’s contemplative rhythm. The core gameplay loop is deceptively simple, yet each action is imbued with significant emotional weight. A new bunny spirit arrives at the gate of the graveyard. The player must then choose a plot, dig a grave, and place a tombstone. This is where Bunny Graveyard transcends mere cemetery management. Each bunny arrives with a small, cryptic memory fragment—a phrase, an image, a feeling. “The one who loved dandelion clocks.” “Remembered the taste of the first summer strawberry.” “Feared the shadow of the old oak tree.” Demon’s Residence Switch NSP

Using these fragments, the player must write a short epitaph on the tombstone. This is not a test of correctness, but an exercise in empathetic interpretation. There is no game-over state, no penalty for a “wrong” epitaph. The act itself is the point. You are constructing a narrative for a life barely glimpsed, offering a final tribute based on the scant evidence left behind. After the burial, the maintenance phase begins. This is the heart of the game’s meditative quality. You can water flowers planted by the graves, clean moss off tombstones, or simply sit on a bench and observe. As you tend to the space, more of the bunny’s memory sometimes unfolds, not as exposition, but as a brief.
Experience the first chapter of this journey as… a cursor? Your job is to find Skye, the bunny!
Wordless vignette—a flash of golden light, a glimpse of a field. The game understands that grief is not a linear process but a cycle of care. You are not finishing a task and checking a box; you are returning, repeatedly, to honor what was lost. This repetitive, gentle labor becomes its own form of therapy, a digital *ikebana* or rock garden that soothes through ritual. What elevates Bunny Graveyard from a beautifully sad toy to a genuine work of art is its nuanced and compassionate handling of its themes. It is a game about grief, but it is refreshingly free of despair. Instead, it focuses on the quiet dignity of mourning. The graveyard is not a place of horror, but a sanctuary.

Each carefully tended grave becomes a testament to a life that was lived, however simply. The game subtly argues that the act of remembering is an active, creative, and ultimately life-affirming practice. By externalizing memory into a physical space you care for, you process it. The bunny spirits are not haunting the place; they are being held. This is a radical and tender perspective, especially in a medium that often uses death solely as a failure state or a motivator for vengeance. The narrative unfolds not through cutscenes or dialogue trees, but environmentally and through the player’s cumulative actions. As the graveyard fills, patterns may emerge. You might notice several bunnies who shared a fear of thunderstorms. Densha de GO!! Hashirou Yamanote Sen Switch NSP
