Magical Drop VI Switch NSP Free Download Romslab Magical Drop debuted all the way back in 1995 and it saw a handful of sequels and console ports over the years with the most recent one being from 2012 for PC. Now, Magical Drop VI is here to hopefully reinvigorate the series yet again. For the unfamiliar, the core gameplay has you grab spheres then throw them back at the playfield in order to match 3 which makes all of the touching spheres of the same colour disappear. As you can imagine, this may cause a chain reaction so you can flaunt a lot of skill by setting up a massive chain in order to devastate your opponent. ROMSLAB.COM Best Switch Games

For the most part, Magical Drop VI does a fine job of interpreting this formula for a modern audience. Magical Land is threatened by divisions. The heroes are turning against each other and nothing is the same as before. Will they manage to unite and make order reign again in the world of Magical Drop? Embark on a magical journey combined with dynamic puzzles and help to unite the land! The Magical Drop series has become a beloved classic in the world of puzzle games. Thanks to its colorful graphics, catchy music, and addictive gameplay, the franchise continues to hold a special place in the hearts of many gamers.
15 playable characters each with their own unique story and music tracks
The Magical Drop series has always featured a large cast of delightful characters and Magical Drop VI is no different as you’ll come across all sorts of goofballs that are modeled after tarot cards throughout your adventure. The dialogue scenes are lighthearted and mildly entertaining and the in-game visuals feature very bouncy artwork, especially for the character simply known as The World if you know what I mean. Anyway, it’s wonderful to see these characters back again and they really pop so fans like me will certainly be pleased. 3D Arcade Fishing Switch NSP

Now, although Magical Drop VI retains the gameplay of the original games quite well, I found it to be rather unbalanced with its mechanics. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, however, as you simply need to adopt a slightly different strategy if you want to claim victory over the rather brutal CPU-controlled characters. Specifically, I found the original games to reward thinking ahead while eventually performing massive chains but when using that strategy here, I often failed. So, when I changed things up to start focusing on speed and not worrying about chains, I was surprised to see that I ended up winning far more often which is odd to say the least. Single Player Modes.
Dozens and dozens of challenges & many more surprises!
There are various modes available in Magical Drop VI. So if you’re someone that is thinking that you’re just going to play single-player or against a friend, THINK AGAIN. Each one of the modes offers distinct game mechanics. You’re definitely going to feel a connection to at least one of the modes, I know I am in love with one of them in particular. Among the single-player modes are Story, Match, Survival, Puzzle, Caravan, and Path of Destiny.Honestly, it’s a lot to explain each mode to you. But let me see if I can simplify these modes down to their lowest common denominator real quick for you. 36 Fragments of Midnight Switch

Thankfully, Magical Drop VI includes a wealth of modes that are great fun to sink your teeth into. For starters, there’s a node-based story mode where you tackle a series of matches and puzzle-like challenges while eventually working your way to an ending after making a few decisions via branching paths. I enjoyed this mode a lot but I’m disappointed that I didn’t unlock Path of Destiny after completing it which is strange. As you progress in story mode, you’ll unlock opponents for Match mode which is basically an arcade mode and there’s a survival mode, too, as well as a similar mode where you solve puzzles within a time limit.
Local and online multiplayer modes
It’s all standard stuff that fans have seen before. On top of these, there’s both local and online multiplayer for 2 simultaneous players which is a bit underwhelming considering Magical Drop V allowed 4 players to compete. It’s cool that there are 3 variations, though, with regular matches, Quota Crush, and Time Crush. Although I generally enjoyed my time with Magical Drop VI, I must admit that there’s a general clunkiness to playing it that makes it feel unpolished at times. For example, transitioning between dialogue sequences and gameplay is quite segregated and the unlockables are confusing as.

I only have a handful of characters to play as and don’t understand why modes remain locked even though I fulfilled their unlock conditions. Plus, many of the challenges in story mode are lame such as one where you merely grab all of the ice spheres until the time runs out. I don’t get it; is it supposed to be some sort of meta humour about how easy modern games are or is it just lazy? Match mode is a classic mode where you select your character and battle against AI opponents. You can choose from three difficulty levels and face all the unlocked characters. 4×4 Offroad Driver 2 Switch NSP
