In both instances, my character became trapped in an endless blank expanse after a crash, able to move around but with nothing to interact with and no way to leave. I wouldn’t recommend the version No Place for Bravery I played on account of its technical state alone. It’s unpolished and buggy to the point where even if you want to finish the game you might not be able to. However, Glitch Factory can and likely will fix most of these problems.
