Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Switch XCI Free Download Romslab You create your character and move to a dilapidated farm in the tranquil village of Brisendorf. There, the eccentric mayor welcomes you and explains that the weekly bazaar is the heart of the town and that you should do your part to help the neighborhood. So you roll up your sleeves, plant and harvest vegetables, raise animals in the stable, and befriend the various NPCs you’ll get to know better over time through quests and cutscenes, and in some cases, even marry. The days, weeks, and seasons progress incessantly. As you can see, there are still many elements that are standard for the genre. ROMSLAB.COM Best Switch Games

For those not familiar, the main gameplay hook of Grand Bazaar is a weekly Bazaar, where members of the town set up shop to sell their goods and services every Saturday. Compared to the rest of the series, this gives the title a special sort of structure to plan towards; it’s no longer just enough that you grow your crops to sell them right away, but you must plan what you’ll have ready for the weekly Bazaar, and when. Every action you take in the game must consider this; while you can sell items in a pinch, you lose out on both progression and a not insignificant amount of money by forgoing the activity.
Enjoy a rich life amongst a colorful community of characters, from friendly townsfolk to magical Nature Sprites.
Since the scope of Zephyr Town has increased, players can now make use of a glider to ride the towns signature wind to locations new and old. Another new aspect that ties into the Bazaar are the Harvest Sprites; despite being a regular occurrence in the franchise, the original Grand Bazaar lacked their inclusion. In this remake, they can help you sell out your stock during the Bazaar, and offer their own shop wherein you can spend Happy Points you’ve earned by completing actions that signify a life well lived. Their stall – which is only accessible on Bazaar days – offer stamina upgrades. Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King Switch NSP

Access to your home’s storage from additional locations around the town, new customization options for your Bazaar Stall, and more. Outside of the Bazaar, these sprites offer a different service – each of the 5 little gremlins have an association with a different class of item. Forageables, Fish, Bugs, Mushrooms and Honey; if you gift a Sprite their respective class of item, you can level them up. While most times this will just offer a bunch of Happy Points, every 4 levels will also grant an inherent quality increase to items gathered of that type.
Your farm’s produce and goods take on additional importance as the heart of your business at the lively weekly bazaar.
That includes gems, which are now far more plentiful now due to consistent mining points added with the new sections of the map. We’ll get back to that, later a different type of thinking than a lot of farming games do. For example, you have a limited number of inventory slots at the bazaar. So you start to realize that higher value items like your cooking or crafted jewelry tend to make the most sense to stock, and that you should focus on processing your crops. But since there is a limited amount of slots, making things in bulk usually makes the most sense. Blossom Tales II: The Minotaur Prince Switch NSP

I’d imagine you could come up with a variety of strategies, but I spent a lot of my time cooking to increase the value of my items. Another part of the mechanic is how you process your items. Zephyr Town’s main gimmick is wind, and you do all your crafting in three windmills that progressively unlock throughout town. Each makes different items, with the amount of time it takes depending on how windy it is on a given day. If there isn’t any wind, crafting will be slower. This didn’t tend to shift how I used the windmills, but I could see it making a huge difference depending on what you want to focus on crafting.
The magnificent beauty of Zephyr Town shines with gorgeous graphics while richly voiced
As some items take up to days to make – considering each windmill has a limited number of things it can produce at once, this is another element to consider. Wind also comes into play with movement, as your character gets a glider early on that allows you to ride the wind to get places faster or even jump over to places you couldn’t get on a still day. The movement feels a bit awkward at first, but eventually it became really fun to glide around town, finding new things. However, beyond the unique elements of the game, Grand Bazaar does a great job with the classic farming formula.

This all feels good to play, and the focus on crafting makes you really consider which crops to farm. For example, rice is extremely versatile for recipes and can be processed into rice flour and vinegar for use in other recipes and with pickling vegetables, so I tended to grow a lot of rice. I also liked how pets worked in this game – in addition to having dogs and cats around your farm, they can also herd your animals in and out of barns with some training, which improves your animals’ happiness and uses up less food. There are a lot of clever additions to this that make Grand Bazaar feel well thought out. Bloo Kid Switch NSP
