This was an enjoyable game, but bit on the short side. I played both main and bonus chapter on advanced setting under 5 hours. After a theft in the museum, our very young heroine chases after the thief and accidentally finds herself in another world. She unwittingly sets things into motion. Everyone she wants assistance from wants her to perform some tasks for them. The setting has an Aztec feel to it with fantasy elements attached. The plot unfolds at a rapid pace, so you don’t get bored. There are collectable items and morphing objects in each scene. Graphics were great, music good and voice overs were good too. Mini-games are very easy and HO scenes are interesting. Game contains no bugs. Only problem I had was that I played all the mini games in the extras and the achievement didn’t come up.
A good solid effort and fun to play. I thought the story was much weaker than the first game, but the graphics were still good, lots of beautiful locations. They mix it up with the HO scenes, they aren’t always the same type. The bonus game is one of those connect the same colors without crossing lines puzzle. I really liked it, it was the perfect difficulty for me. I love the way they do the map interface, it makes it easy to count how many places you’ve been when you’re playing on hard mode and you want to make sure you’ve got all the collectibles.
