We Were Here Too Switch NSP Free Download Romslab is the standalone sequel to Total Mayhem Games’ We Were Here, a series of first-person, immersive, cooperative puzzles, which rely on the players’ ability to communicate with each other, to be observant, to crack riddles, and hopefully, to escape a wretched castle with their lives still in tact. Right off the bat, I’d like to say that I had a fantastic time playing this game. Cooperative games are among my favorites, and WWHT works incredibly well. But, there’s much to be said about this game, so let’s start off with first impressions. Setting up a friend lobby takes seconds, and works well. ROMSLAB.COM Best Switch Games

My partner and I were connected right away, and were immediately in too deep. The game offers two roles for each player to assume – The Lord and The Peasant. Based on your decision, you’ll play through an entirely different side of the game than your partner. However, you are always working with them in one way or another. To start, I chose The Peasant, and my partner chose The Lord. Now the roles were set, off we went. I was in a dark, dank basement of a castle. The brick walls were clogged with dirt, ash, and dust, and the only light source emanated from the center of the room, a few flickering candles.
Placed in the shoes of explorers with only walkie-talkies in hand, you are lost in a castle frozen in time.
I heard the sound of scurrying little feet as I walked toward the center of the room. On a pedestal, almost begging to be touched, were a series of tiles, adorned with symbols I couldn’t recognize, let alone describe. Suddenly, a bright orange light and a loud crackling sound erupted from the device I had been idly holding in my hand. The Lord’s voice came through via the walkie-talkies, trying to figure out what we had to do. I was impressed. The comms system is a neat and immersive touch, and it got us right into the feel of things. From there, we struggled through a large assortment of puzzles. ANNO: Mutationem Switch NSP

Relying on both of our communication, observance, and puzzle-solving skills to attempt an escape from the castle. First impression: Two excited thumbs up. I may have gotten Jamie killed a couple of times while solving a very early puzzle, and a puzzle right near the end – revenge for letting the stairs fall from underneath me and laugh as I fell into to lava in a seperate puzzle elsewhere; friendship at its finest! I will admit though there was quite an obvious mechanic to stop his inevitable demise which I learnt as we completed the puzzle but lets not go into that now.
Castle Rock long ago Immerse yourself in a thrilling experience as you and your partner puzzle your way through this abandoned fortress.
With nice audio cues when you finish a room or you incorrectly guess a puzzle solution, ambient background noise also really sets the feel or tone of the game giving it a creepy vibe. Jamie’s favourite marionette makes a return too, and I may have left him in the castle and walked free on this occasion. It may or may not be possible to save both players this time out (wink wink), so further playthroughs will be needed to redeem ourselves! I can’t say that I’m unhappy about this, as it’s just another excuse to go through this great, unique game. Anodyne 2: Return to Dust Switch NSP

A slight word of warning though. Pre-release, we could not get the voice chat to work in game at all – we had to resort to Skype to communicate. Testing it since the launch, things seems improved, but we did still have the occasional error with it cutting out. Seeing as it’s impossible to play without voice comms, it was just something we thought should be brought up a friend work as a team to solve puzzles, but neither of you are in the same place; one of you has the puzzle, and the other has the answers, so communication and teamwork is imperative.
Both players experience different locations and storylines as part of a shared adventure
Unlike like the first title, most of the answers aren’t crammed into one room, opening up more areas of the castle to explore. Both players are again given a radio to communicate to each other, and once you get the hang of talking separately (as you won’t be able to hear the other player while pushing the talk button), the voice quality on the end is still problematic. When we played the first game, my friend and I ended up switching to Discord, but this time we stayed inside the game, letting the poor voice audio add an extra element — it’s important to be precise in describing what you’re seeing.

On puzzles with timers this becomes frustrating, but it’s an asset to the game’s time-pressured moments. The first run through of We Were Here Too will likely last you around three hours or so. For my friend and I, our second took less than an hour. The first puzzle of the game felt like retreading old ground as the same symbols from the first title popped up, but then you get a new mix of shapes, glass window panes, mazes, and more symbols. Again you and your partner will undoubtedly have your own unique way of describing symbols — although we didn’t have any “okay, the long penis first” this time around! Bloody Rally Show Switch NSP
