Dr. Fetus Mean Meat Machine Switch NSP Free Download Romslabs
Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine is a Super Meat Boy spin-off from Team Meat that takes the match-four puzzle formula made famous by Puyo Puyo, Tetris, and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and gives it a saw-blade twist. You guide the titular Dr. Fetus as he tries to create the ultimate villainous Meat Boy clone, weeding out weak specimens across six worlds of test chambers. Each world holds 20 levels plus a boss fight, for 120 stages in total. The game is available as a Switch NSP file, and you can download it below.

Gameplay and Story
Set after the events of Super Meat Boy Forever, Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine puts you in the role of the young villain as he builds a lab and attempts to create the perfect clone of Meat Boy. His DNA sample is flawed, producing thousands of imperfect clones that are useless to him. He runs the clones through a literal meat grinder, slowly weeding out the weak and imperfect ones while the best clones evolve closer to the real deal.
Across the six worlds you match together various colors of Meat Boy clones. You position, rotate, speed up, and slow down the gelatinous blobs as they fall from the top of the screen to the bottom, avoiding weird and whacky obstacles along the way, including saw-blades, chainsaws, ghosts, lava, and electricity beams. In typical Super Meat Boy style there is a very fine margin for error, and hitting any obstacle restarts the level instantly without a second chance. Every level is locked until you complete the previous one, and with difficulty matching the original Super Meat Boy, many players won't even make it past the first world.

How to Use with the Yuzu Emulator
If you plan to run this NSP on a PC, the Yuzu emulator is a common choice. Here is a step-by-step guide:
- First you will need YUZU Emulator. Download it. Open it in WinRar, 7ZIP or similar and then move the contents into a folder and open yuzu.exe.
- There click Emulation -> Configure -> System -> Profile. Then press on Add and make a new profile, then close Yuzu.
- Inside of Yuzu click File -> Open Yuzu folder. This will open the Yuzu configuration folder inside of Explorer.
- Create a folder called "keys" and copy the key you got from here and paste it in the folder.
- For settings open Yuzu up Emulation -> Configure -> Graphics, select OpenGL and set it to Vulkan or OpenGL. (Vulkan seems to be a bit bad atm.) Then go to Controls and press Single Player and set it to custom.
- Then press Configure and set Player 1 to Pro Controller if you have a controller/keyboard and to Joycons if Joycons. Press Configure and press the exact buttons on your controller. After you're done press Okay and continue to the next step.
- Download any ROM you want from Romslab. After you got your file (can be .xci or .nsp) create a folder somewhere on your PC and in that folder create another folder for your game.
- After that double-click into Yuzu and select the folder you put your game folder in.
- Lastly double click on the game and enjoy it.
NOTE: Some games may not run in Yuzu emulator, therefore you may use Ryujinx.
